Delivery

We ship worldwide

Items are shipped from Estonia. Shipping costs vary between 2.99€ and 9.99€ and are calculated at check out. You can enjoy free shipping in EU when you order 2 or more items and outside EU when you order 3 or more items.

Orders to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland can be shipped via parcel machines. Other orders are shipped in a secure envelope.
Average shipping time for all orders within Estonia is up to 3 working days, nearby countries can be up to 1 week, other countries up to 3 or 4 weeks, depending on the distance.

When ordering from outside the European Union, the taxes of the respective country may apply, for which we are not liable.

Payment

We use Montonio, a secure and innovative payment platform that makes online payments fast and convenient. With Montonio, you can choose from multiple supported banks (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Finland), credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard) and Google Pay or Apple pay and complete your payment with just a few clicks.

When paying by bank transfer, be sure to press the “Back to merchant” button on the bank page.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you want to exchange or return your order, please email info@recodeapparel.com within 14 days after receiving your order.

To return your product, you should send your product back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
